It was my first eye test since I was at school and I am 35 now! It was a streamlined system and all the staff were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They were very informative explaining about the tests to me. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Boots Opticians at Paternoster Sq to anyone who requires an eye test. Thanks again!

Would have been useful to have been told that initail lady who carried out some tests was not optometrist and I would be seeing somebody else for a thorough test and update / recommendation discussion
