My appointment for eye check for both glasses and contacts should have taken around 30 min but due to some problems with the systems the overall appointment took 90min. I had to cancel some meetings in order to complete my appointment so while not a big issue it would be good to have clearer expectations how long these things should take.

Very attentive and well informed optometrist who communicated in a friendly and open manner. He provided me with some good eye care options and ideas which was very helpful in making a final decision. Wide range of frames in terms of price but lacked range in terms of styles. Lens options very good.

The appointments were running late - they switched opticians to hurry things along which was good. They could have indicated there was delays during my visit.
