The environment is old and shabby with dust on equipment and worn carpets which gives a very poor impression. I wasn't asked if I had a card to collect points?? I week for the glasses to be ready seems long today. Paint and re carpet the place and put in some cleaning structure as a minimum.

Ridiculous system that sends letter telling you you need to book appointment so you do! But when you turn up for it they say you can only have the test if you pay as you are within the two years since last appt. Total wasted journey...and staff told me they have no control over the system that sends letters 6 months before you are due a test.
