I required specific lenses made in a sports frame for skiing. I had previously tried contacts but they did not agree with me. Lorraine assisted me, and over the last 20 years I have seen her in the store at Braehead. Lorraine is attentive and asks specific questions to ensure my prescription is as it should be. A drivewear lens was chosen and a phone call to the manufacturer confirmed their suitability to the sport. With confidence I was able to puchase a second pair of prescription glasses for daily use. Again, Lorraine patiently discussed Transition lenses, frame suitability and was just so patient. Thank you so much.

Order placed for 5 months worth of contact lenses at a cost of £150 - more expensive than elsewhere. I had a voucher to get £20 worth of advantage card points and also had a double points for the month of Decbember due to my birthday neither of which were awarded to me

Very thorough test re red eye I had had for 4 weeks. Very reassuring.Took me to shelf & recommended Hyco SAN extra & Blephclean wipes as a solution to my problem.
