very welcoming at reception and caring throughout the test. Listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. And a follow up in 6 weeks.

Very good interaction with all boots staff, for me and my 8 year old daughter, getting her first eye test. Staff were all very good with her, asked if she had had an eye test before, and were very nice and reassuring when she said it was her first time. She got to watch my test, and was very happy about it all.
