I was in looking at glasses after a recent eye test and the Optical Assistant that was helping me was a great help. Victoria took the time to help me pick out the right glasses and encouraged me to try styles I wouldn't usually try until I found the perfect pair. It was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was there with my kids and she was very good with them, chatting away to my little boy and even playing "vets" with his toy dog. 10/10, a great experience.

The staff spoke directly to my daughter and at all times explained what was happening, they even showed her pictures taken at back of her eyes. All staff were helpful and patient and made her experience enjoyable. The lady who checked pressures and took photos; had a lovely disposition;; she was very welcoming towards my daughter
