I've been with Boots for many years, do some questions were irrelevant - for example, I know contact lenses are inappropriate; I wore them for 40 plus years! But since having cataract surgery, my prescription is too small for them to be relevant. I see the optometrist mainly to monitor the retina , which is more likely to give problems in the future. I am pleased that Boots routinely photograph my retina, giving baseline observations which will allow deterioration to be detected at an early stage.
All very helpful and friendly.
very thorough and look after you extremely well. The people there are very friendly and will alway look after you 5star all the way
I hadnt been to a boots optician before and was surprised by the extremely high level of care that Nigel took with my eyes. I had a particular issue that I wanted resolved and he worked entirely toward that, creating varifocal lenses that would allow far more of the lens to focus on close work and stopping me from having to tilt my head to look between book and screen. I was really impressed with the care.
Very impressed with the care and attention to detail. The shop was nice and clean and uncluttered.
