They took endless time in carrying out the test and were equally attentive and supportive in the choosing of new frames.

After the eye test the Boots optometrist simply tried to sell me new frames/lenses and said it would be far more expensive if I kept my old frames. Today I have ordered new lenses for my old frames with another supplier for £256 less - I was quoted £765 for new frames and lenses by Boots. The difference in price speaks volumes about why I would not recommend Boots.
