Tammy was so understanding and even offered me a warm drink before the stoma review. The whole experience was stress free and enjoyable, she listened and offered advice when I had questions and arranged for additional stoma equipment that I needed. She is an exceptional professional. Profile
I have been a registered nurse since 2007 and a prescribing nurse since 2017. I joined the Connect service as a specialist prescribing stoma nurse in 2020. Since joining the team I have completed in house training in stoma care and completed a university module in advanced stoma care in 2021.
Prior to joining the team I worked as a practice nurse with a specialist interest in diabetes and also at Queens Medical Centre in the head and neck department.
