Jenni was always very fast to respond and very helpful.
Jenni was fantastic! She helped me find the correct medication and dose, after the initial medication I tried didn't work well for me. She also was great at responding quickly when I had concerns and questions.
Very supportive in changes in dose and fast at replying!
She was always there when I needed advice, and always had good things to say, very encouraging and always looking out for your best interests
Jenni was always very informative and supportive whilst trying to find the right medication and dosage for me. Despite the fact that she’s worked part-time it was genuinely not noticeable as she always replied to my queries quickly.
