Jenni has been amazing to work with. She answered my questions very fast. She was extremely honest and I trusted her 100% throughout the titration process. I don't know any of the Titrationist at PUK, but I know for sure, if you get to work with Jenni, you are in good hands. Please treat her well!

Jenni has been phenomenal throughout the course of my titration. The service has been quick, easy and painless as I've had to navigate the world of adult ADHD. I cannot recommend both the staff and the service more.

Communicating through online messaging has not been the easiest and have led to some misunderstandings, but Jenni has been great at listening to me and when we were having problems found solutions that worked for me. Overall it has been a good experience and I felt well taken care of throughout my time under her care.

We were really happy with the care we received from Jenni. She was always quick to respond and her work was covered efficiently by others if she was not working. She called me to discuss issues in more detail when needed and explained things well. She was able to talk through options with the advantages of each so that I was able to make informed choices. I would highly recommend her services.

I don’t normally do reviews but Jenni has been an absolute life saver throughout this entire titration process, she has been incredible and genuinely supportive since the get-go. I’ve always struggled explaining myself and been overcome with anxiety and muffled words when dealing with doctors/ nurses, but she made me feel heard and understood, she acknowledged my troubles and offered self-help advice and the perfect medication for my ADHD. Since then it’s been like putting glasses on for the first time and being able to see, I can’t thank you enough.
