Jenni is a patient, caring and empathic nurse. She walled me through my titration process step by step and was always available. I recommend her without reservation.

Jenni was communicative and receptive. She took the time to fill gaps in my knowledge of the system and was always friendly. This feedback is about the prescription service generally: Maybe there could be more email reminders for prescription refills? i.e. 'your last refill was 25 days ago, do you need to order more?' As a person with ADHD, I find it hard to remember to order my medication whilst going through titration. Thanks!

Jenni was of great help and support to our family as we underwent ADHD medication titration for our son. She was responsive and efficient and there were no issues at any point in my child’s care. She was also friendly and kind and helpful in allaying our concerns and answering our questions. Great service!

Jenni was very kind, patient and attentive from start to end. She isn’t judgmental and makes it easy for you to ask about any concerns or general information.
