My experience was very positive and welcoming, with great communication and quick responses whenever I added a note or had a question. I also was very listened to, and the steps of the process were explained to me well. A very friendly experience.

Jenni was fantastic - their responses via the online portal were detailed and prompt, and the attention and care they gave to my questions and input was excellent. They were highly supportive as they worked with me on finding the balance of medication that would work for me, something I was quite anxious about originally. They were careful in monitoring my progress and following up on my concerns, making me confident in my trust of them and their expertise with a treatment I was quite worried about. Thank you, Jenni!

Nurse Jenni has been an amazing and supportive nurse for my titration of ADHD medication. She gave clear and understandable information regarding the medication and titration process. She answered all my questions with no complaints throughout the titration and made accommodations for my dietary requirements and worked to ensure I was completely satisfied with the medication I was on. She was thoughtful, respectful, and friendly in all our interactions and eased my anxieties because I felt like she knew what she was doing the entire titration. She was prompt, clear, and dedicated to supporting me through her role as my titration nurse. I just want to thank her deeply from the bottom of my heart for basically helping me take control of my life and looking forward to the future.

Jenni was fantastic throughout the titration period. She was really on point with all the details and very kind. The process was very smooth and she made everything look very easy. I would most definitely recommend her to future P-UK users! ^_^

I felt listened to and appreciated throughout the process, without fear of being judged at all.
