Responsive, caring, kind and professional. Jenni helped answer all of our questions and listened to any worries we had, followed up after each dose increase and was careful to ensure we were happy all the way through the process. Thank you so much.

My nurse was very attentive and listened to my feedback. If there was a problem they made sure everything was alright.

Jenni was incredible. They made sure I had all the information I needed and answered any questions I had with detail. Jenni reassured me with any concerns I had throughout but also made sure I was informed that I could stop or try another medication any time if I felt the one I was trying wasn't for me. They were quick at replying and checked up consistently to make sure the treatment was going well. Thank you so much Jenni.
