I am very happy with the support and care provided by Claire for my medication titration period. She always responded promptly, sent out my new prescriptions very quickly after I requested them and listened to my thoughts and feelings about the dose.
I felt very supported and listened to throughout. Claire was attentive and made the entire process go very smoothly. She answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.

Claire was extremely helpful and super efficient at responding to my queries and questions throughout my ADHD titration. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. My sister also went through the process and had a completely different experience with another titration nurse, so I'm hugely grateful for my experience with Claire. I can't thank her enough! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Claire was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She listens and explains things very clearly. There was an occasion where she had to cancel an appointment with me due to a family issue, which I totally understood, but she went out of her way to call me later in the day (after hours) so that she could attend to me. She is an absolute credit to the service! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Claire was absolutely perfect. With all my ramblings during states of panic, Claire listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She always replied promptly and was just lovely over all. She made the process of titrating so simple, and I’m so thankful for that.

Oh how lovely to put a face to the voice and emails I have come to know over the last how ever many months.
Claire, you have been wonderful and made this process perfect and painless for me. You've listened to me and you've taken the time to read my ever rambling emails (I'm really struggling to not ramble on here) and I really appreciate the time you have spent and the care you have shown.
Thanks to you, I am confident in what I am doing with my medication and you have helped me in more ways than you know.

Hello my name is Claire Meadows and I am a qualified mental health nurse and independent Nurse prescriber.
I qualified as a registered Nurse in 2008 and completed My V300 non medical prescriber qualification in 2017.
During my career I have worked in a variety of settings including adult forensic mental health services and rehabilitation were I supported adults struggling with a wide range of severe mental health difficulties. Within this role I helped service users to manage and understand their diagnosis and symptoms effectively promoting positive health and well being.
In 2015 my career took a turn for the better when I became an ADHD specialist Nurse within the child and adolescent community mental health service and it is here where my interest and passion in ADHD has bloomed.
Within my NHS role I work very closely with young people and their families who are struggling with ADHD, I carry out holistic assessments, offer diagnostic clinics and support the families with their diagnosis and treatment in a caring and compassionate way.
I also run my own company alongside this and work for Psychiatry UK supporting Patients in their medication titration and stabilization journey.
I am very passionate about my work and always aim to help the patient feel empowered in their treatment,supporting them to speak openly and honestly about any worries they may have and working through these worries together.
