Dr Michael Proctor has been an excellent person to be assigned with during my treatment process. He has taken his time and energy in making sure I am happy with my treatment path, whilst also communicating any concerns he may have in regards to my mental wellbeing/medications. He has informed me clearly on what steps will be taken during my treatment plan, and reassured me if I have had any questions or doubts I have been having, without me feeling like I am too pressured, or not listened to in any circumstance. I feel like my care was a top priority, and was keen and compassionate with with me getting further help, while being understanding of my issues which may factor into my wellbeing/treatment, openly discussing any issues I am having without any judgement. I feel very lucky being assigned to him as a patient. He has been a very lovely, understanding, and informative person to communicate with.
