Michael has helped me greatly throughout the process so far. Guiding me and keeping me informed at each stage. He has been patient and listened to my feelings and to what I am trying to get out of this process. I feel like I have a weight off my shoulders just taking the first steps and without Michael’s knowledge and understanding I wouldn’t have been able to be where I am today - I look forward to the next steps which he has explained to me and I appreciate the efforts you have put in so far, thank you!

After having my first session with Michael today I found him incredibly supportive and I now feel very positive about steps forward. He was able to talk through things in an easy to understand way, and was very clear and transparent with the information he gave. I would recommend divergence and Michael to anyone who is looking for support either getting a diagnosis, or who may be looking for help navigating their path after such a diagnosis.

I can't speak highly enough of Michael. He is an absolute gem of an asset to the neurodivergent community and I am extremely glad that I chose him to guide me through the assessment and treatment process. My ADHD self discovery journey started when my daughter was diagnosed with ASD a few years back. I couldn't help noticing that I shared a lot of her traits. I was referred via the NHS but when the waiting times became so unbearable, I decided to go private and I'm so glad I did! Michael has guided me through the full process - foundation assessment, diagnostic assessment and medication reviews with ease and really made me feel included in all decisions about my treatment which I really value. He is also really knowledgeable on how female hormones affect a woman coping with ADHD throughout the monthly cycle. Now that I've been diagnosed with combined ADHD Michael has played a huge part not only in the diagnosis and treatment but also in helping me to understand myself better and build better foundations for success. He's encouraged me to stop being so hard on myself and to start seeing myself in a more positive light. Michael is really genuine, trustworthy, down to earth, caring and compassionate and this comes through every time you speak to him.

I met with Michael three times, at initial assessment, full assessment and post assessment. At all times, Michael was professional and accessible. He listened to my responses and questions, answering them succinctly and with understanding. I felt truly heard and supported. He manages to balance time constraints with professionalism, while creating a space where I did not feel rushed or unable to express my thoughts and feelings. It was incredibly meaningful for me that Michael takes a special professional interest in ADHD in older adults. I had fears of not being taken seriously, or not being able to convey how I felt. Michael expertly led me through all of that. It was a pleasure to meet with him.

I have recently met with Michael along with my son for his assessment, diagnosis and then initial treatment appointment. I found Michael to be extremely professional through all of our appointments while also making us feel at ease. He made sure that we both fully understood the process at each step explaining what would be the next step on each occasion. He fully explained everything clearly throughout our appointments giving us plenty of time to ask any questions we had. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring throughout. I would highly recommend
