As mentioned previously, I felt I was listened to throughout my conversation. I was given the opportunity to talk about my condition and experience, whether it be good or not so good. Different approach and ideas were suggested in managing my care. Moving forward, I hope, as advised I can follow this through. Overall, I'm really pleased with the outcome of my visit.
Andrew is very knowledgeable and helped me understand my issues whilst providing valuable information and guidance
My care has and is exceptional I am proud the have a stoma and have great back up
Andrew was very good and was easy to talk to
As I have previously stated, I felt very at ease with Mr Bird and felt able to discuss my problems freely and openly and without any inhibitions.
Thank you. it is much easier to help when the conversation is free and open.
A great chap. Listened to everything I said and was kind and professional during my visit.
