My care was handled extremely well by Hannah Woodmansey, she is friendly and professional with great communication skills. She kept me well informed and made sure to listen to all of my questions and concerns, responding to me in a timely manner and managing my care efficiently. Hannah made me feel supported throughout my titration process and I am very grateful for her kind assistance.

Hannah was exceptionally proficient in her role during my titration period - both committed and professional in guiding me through this process, even providing administrative assistance at very short notice on occasion to ensure I was able to enjoy my holiday of a lifetime to Hong Kong. I also found her personable and caring with regard to my own experience, but more than that, she understood the impact of her job and cared about delivering this service consistently throughout titration. I have had a first rate experience throughout and cannot find anything that would need improving.
