At the time of greatest need for information, advice, care and support Jane provided all of these in abundance. During the initial home visits her professional and friendly approach was greatly appreciated, and the longer-term ongoing support by telephone is also very reassuring. I know I can call Jane whenever any stoma related issues arise, and be confident of receiving a helpful response.

Having had to endure a difficult time and major surgery it was so reassuring to speak to someone who listened, cared and was so helpful. Jane was so understanding and more than happy to listen to all mine and my wife's questions and give a thorough simple answer with an explanation, support and reassurance. We do hope she comes to visit us again.

Jane was my stoma nurse after my operation and visited me at home. She was very supportive, helpful and offered reassurance and guidance, when at the time I felt quite low. Jane's communication with me has been excellent and I really appreciated her help. She kept my consultant updated with how I was doing and gave me confidence when learning to adapt to life with my stoma. Jane continues to offer me her support should I need it at any point.
