Friendly staff
Hospitable
Offered food while in the day centre
Kept informed about what was going on
All investigations and recommendations made after the one appointment
Letter given to us to pass on to GP and nursing home.
Involved in our own decision making - as best we can do that!
Pity we had to wait until 4.30 for the CT scan - but worth it as only had to attend once

The ward obviously has staffing issues, in the 3 nights I stayed I was not looked after by the same member of staff twice. Although all did their best, the continuity of care was sadly missing and at times I could see that mistakes could have been made because of this. Also surely employing agency staff must be not at all cost effective for the hospital.

All the staff have been so kind. Mr Ockrim has been attentive and despite complications I would recommend the Kingston Wing. I have felt in safe hands.
