The ward obviously has staffing issues, in the 3 nights I stayed I was not looked after by the same member of staff twice. Although all did their best, the continuity of care was sadly missing and at times I could see that mistakes could have been made because of this. Also surely employing agency staff must be not at all cost effective for the hospital.
