No thanks
Extremely satisfied with wonderful staff, have witnessed amazing care and gentleness in the treatment of other patients.
There are some most outstanding care workers here in this place and the food was excellent!!
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff but sadly there has been so much noise in the night with loud voices, so nights have been very disturbed sound wise, I feel that this noise was avoidable as it was the chatting of staff to one another, and loud crashing of things. So many smiles from staff and willingness in spite of being so overworked.
Like my experience the previous day in A&E, the process was very efficient and professional. I elected to have a local anaesthetic and wasn't sure how I would feel about the operation, but the staff were tremendous, very professional, inspired confidence and put me at ease. They explained the process at each stage and kept me informed throughout the 1h:20m operation, checking on how I was feeling. It was important to me that one of the surgeons explained the operation and the anaesthetist explained how pain would be managed. The post-op process and discharge was also very efficient and professional. My follow up appointment was made, my drugs provided quickly and my aftercare instructions explained thoroughly. Someone also accompanied me to make sure I was collected safely.
Like the previous day, an outstanding service and team. Many thanks.
Marvellous, I haven't got a bad word to say.
I have found Freya ward and the staff involved in my labour to be terrific
, however I felt let down by my midwife I often had to wait long periods of time for a response and information I asked for was not always given for example I asked at my 38 week appointment about what happens when u go overdue and induction process and was essentially told that I didn't need to worry about it at that time, so when I was told I would have to be induced I did not any information to pull on and had to do my own research as the information I had previously asked for had not been given.
