I cannot fault the kindness, respect, support and advice offered to me by the staff on Freya ward, particularly those that supported me with the issues we had getting our baby to feed and latch on. This is also extended to those staff members we briefly met in special care when they looked over her on day 2.

The waiting time was excellent. I was seen promptly by a very polite and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. She explained exactly what was happening. From here I went to X ray where again I was treated with kindness and respect. Back to the nurse practitioner who finalised my treatment and explained clearly what was happening. Well done Yeovil Hospital you have great friendly professional staff. Keep it up.

I visited Yeovil Ophthalmology for an annual repeat check on Saturday 2nd March. I was contacted in the week to see if I would like a Saturday appointment for that coming Saturday. That process was also efficient and professional and friendly.
The whole process was extremely smooth. I booked in using the computerised self service which was straightforward. Sat only for a few minutes and was then called through ahead of schedule. I then had eye sight check and the horrible (but necessary) eye drops put in. I was then quickly called through for imaging and then then called in to see the doctor. Everything ran smoothly, I was given sufficient information about what was happening and why. All three members of the team I saw were professional, friendly and polite. I really can't fault the experience.
