I visited Yeovil Ophthalmology for an annual repeat check on Saturday 2nd March. I was contacted in the week to see if I would like a Saturday appointment for that coming Saturday. That process was also efficient and professional and friendly. The whole process was extremely smooth. I booked in using the computerised self service which was straightforward. Sat only for a few minutes and was then called through ahead of schedule. I then had eye sight check and the horrible (but necessary) eye drops put in. I was then quickly called through for imaging and then then called in to see the doctor. Everything ran smoothly, I was given sufficient information about what was happening and why. All three members of the team I saw were professional, friendly and polite. I really can't fault the experience.
