I had a very good experience - the physiotherapist explained my likely options, answered my questions in detail and gave me the x-ray request form with advice that WBH X-ray dept would still be operating at that time still and advised me to go there straight away, so I got the x-ray imaging done on the same day. Very efficient.

Speed at which I was seen. It was outstanding.
Warm friendly staff - [name removed] Receptionist so kind and warm.
[name removed] - Clinician listened diagnosis, great care.
Had the best treatment.
Attended for a INR blood test (previously booked) and had to ask whether a form for other blood tests had been sent electronically from my doctor. They had; and all the blood tests were done during this visit. I went in on time and was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
no problems as such had not been told by my surgery that it was a fasting blood test so had no idea but only had small lunch so agreed to still have a blood test and hope would not require another due to not fasting.
[name removed] was most understanding and knowlegeable, explaining every little thing she did to assess my condition and to formulate a personalised therapeutic exercise routine for me. I found her manner extremely polite and thoughtful, considerate and caring. I felt completely confident and at ease throughout our appointment. I cannot commend her enough. Excellent service, thank you. She also boosted my opinion of NHS services, which I personally think have generally deteriorated since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Great service and really informative
I've seen real progress with my backpain working with Mr [name removed]. He was kind, listened to my issues and came up with a plan that slowly but surely got me in a much better shape. Thank you!
