I was listened too which doesn’t always happen. The whole place was clean, fresh and open didn’t feel crammed in everyone was friendly. [name removed] like I said really listened to me was thorough with physical examination of foot too. He was also clear in what the plan was made sure I understood it and could ask anything which I didn’t need to as he’d covered it already. Plus I went in and my appointment time something that doesn’t happen often at RBH.

[name removed] is brilliant. She’s knowledgeable, kind and considerate. She’s is also really good at giving me the bit of a push that I need that really helps in progressing my recovery. I always feel so much better after my physio session.

[name removed] my physio was a delightful girl very professional. I was involved very step of the way. Tweaking things if I found them too difficult. Could not have had better care.

Nothing totally satisfied. Exercises were feared for me. One Happy patient.
