I feel so lovely to have West Berks community hospital so near to home. There are many services now. So we rarely need to travel to RBH.
Suggested improvements
The one thing that needed to change was to run an appointment system, which is now in place.

I was been very quietly, the nurse was friendly, understanding and treatment was very professional. I got lots of information on how to deal with my injury and I was very happy in all aspects of my care- thank you.
