I am deaf and lip read, but everyone wore masks and did not make allowances, I was not allowed visitors to sign for me and the ward smelled.
Suggested improvements
Removed masks when talking to me.
Allowed me visitors as I like to a silent world and the days were very long and boring.

The staff are amazing!! They never stop running around just a shame you were so short staffed and wards closed due to covid rules.
