Not thing really but now and rightly so you have gone paperless I at 82 this year struggled a little at home with remembering the exercises I did take the odd photo on the wall but I am a person who likes to see on line or in front of me what exercise I should be doing Last week was my first week so perhaps I Will be better each week absorbing the information at class and get use to it 10/10 for everything in general though Thank you

Regarding being listened to , I felt some of the symptoms I am experiencing was trivialised.

Listen to what the patient is describing. Some symptoms may be trivial to the professional but it may be one of the patients biggest issue.

I have issue with the point system that it seems all places use now ! I kind of get has to be start but if not enough points you don't get real answer to my whys ? I get it buts things into brackets and that helps people but end of results not enough points that it end off ?? So left with unknowns .

Tbh mental health in this country so many years behind which is sad considering we was The island back in day now we are small tiny and pointless! So as for system unknown . Its more the way mental health is dealt with . No point system but that's just me. End of day what do I know ?? But people I saw very nice spoke clearly so I got what they meant etc felt OK with them ti a point.

The physio I received from initial 1:2:1 sessions through to shoulder gym classes was so effective. When I started I was waking up on average 10 times a night with the pain and was unable to dress myself. I am now sleeping through and and am back to running, yoga and no longer get stuck inside various items of clothing! The exercises throughout were great and straightforward to follow. The physio team listened and changed exercises regularly to continue the healing.

It was the first time I've been to the podiatry clinic in tilehurst I was very pleased with my treatment the podiatrist I saw was very good very polite an excellent service.
