Regarding being listened to , I felt some of the symptoms I am experiencing was trivialised.
I have issue with the point system that it seems all places use now ! I kind of get has to be start but if not enough points you don't get real answer to my whys ? I get it buts things into brackets and that helps people but end of results not enough points that it end off ?? So left with unknowns .
[name removed] the physiotherapist was very courteous snd helpful as well as understanding.
The physio I received from initial 1:2:1 sessions through to shoulder gym classes was so effective. When I started I was waking up on average 10 times a night with the pain and was unable to dress myself. I am now sleeping through and and am back to running, yoga and no longer get stuck inside various items of clothing!
The exercises throughout were great and straightforward to follow. The physio team listened and changed exercises regularly to continue the healing.
