At the time of my assessment I felt I was listened to and I was happy with the treatment plan.
However when I received a copy of the letter sent to my GP it clearly understated the levels of pain I am experiencing and its subsequent impact on my day to day living.
I have contacted my GP directly to clarify this.
Despite this I remain happy with the treatment plan and hope it is effective.
All staff were helpful and very polite. I was dealt with very efficiently and the treatment was appropriate and reassuring special mention to [name removed] on reception - efficient, good personal skills and good humoured.
Doctor listened to all concerns, before jumping in and and giving advice, doctor tried to make my mum feel as comfortable as possible whilst carrying out several different tests.
I was given exercises. They helped. Problem isn't solved. The treatment was explained clearly. Friendly staff.
Sometimes it took a long time to answer the bell but they are short staffed.
Nice food.
No waiting.
Pleasant staff very efficient.
