Each visit was helpful in showing me what I needed to do to help myself and in explaining the reasons why each exercise had to be done in particular ways.
Suggested improvements
The written information about each exercise is essential for long-term understanding and commitment. During the gym classes, the level of the facilitation was variable. The follow-up options after the gym class were not very clearly defined. The Good Boost option in Northcroft could be linked in better. I am fortunate in having come across it independently of the MSK referral.

My physiotherapist was very knowledgable, listened to me and gave me exercises appropriate for my issue. In 8 weeks, I have managed to rectify my problem shoulder.
Dr [name removed] who I saw initially for a diagnosis was very thorough and helped me understand my shoulder problem. Together they have both helped resolve my painful shoulder using simple physio
