Meet all my needs in helping me get back to some sort of every day life. Showed me what kind of exercise would help my condition sand going forward to maintain it

Shorten the questionnaire . I nearly gave up half way through. There are some questions that really don’t need to be done or asked . It would put me off doing another feedback because of this

Everyone I spoke with were polite, smiley and helpful. Given the receptionist had to deal with a belligerent member of the public before me, I think she did an excellent job……..full marks!
