I’m so glad that I got the chance to explain myself and I was listened to.

Instead of sending me back for another day I thought it was going to be a straight forward thing for me to get the blood test done in the next room. Nevertheless I understand everything goes by laws and regulations so I will wait for the next appointment for blood test.

[name removed] was great with my wife who has dementia and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience .

The treatment cubicles could be better sound proofed as it is possible to hear everything going on either side but how that could be achieved is not clear short of individual walled cubicles
