I was seen very quickly by someone who clearly knew what I was talking about. I was sent by my knee consultant, and already knew what the diagnosis, and prognosis would be already (I've already had 4 knee operations, and have seen my scans and had them explained) I'm waiting for a knee replacement on my left knee, and the consultant asked me to get referred for the right knee, as it's just as bad.
So professional but with such empathy. Fabulous service and treatment. Listened to me and helped me understand.
[name removed] was informative helpful and listened to me during my Physico session.
I’m a retired nurse that worked for BHFT recently so I’m aware facilities can be variable but this service had what appeared to be reasonably new / newly outfitted premises . Nice venue, friendly staff.
