To be given a confirmed diagnosis, an out come to my recovery with support. Is a massive result.

Parking the car on London Road was difficult as there were limited spaces. I was not aware of the multi storey car park, until I was walking through the hospital and saw the signs. Having signage to the multi storey car park or over flow parking would be an advantage.

Answers speak for themselves. The practitioner I saw was very polite, thorough and not in a hurry. He listened to me and was very understanding about any concerns I had about my treatment and referral. Excellent service and the building and department itself was lovely,very light and clean.

I felt the person I saw took the time to completely understand what was wrong, I felt listened to. After 8mths, I felt this person was going to help me. For the first time this year I feel positive

It's taken 8mths to get to this consultation. I had to stop all exercise, I have been in pain, I finally wrote a lengthy email to my GP to get to this point. I've been sent for 2 xrays and only now has someone proposed and MRI despite my asking and offering to pay for it and despite the physio suggesting it to me months ago.

Physio is really god listen to me and ask me if I have any worries or concerns the receptionist are really nice came to help me to go out to the ambulance thank you so much .

Absolutely excellent from the receptionists (whose jokey banter I love) through to [name removed], the podiatrist, who’s spot on. I have limited experience of the NHS - I fell off the porch roof about thirty years ago and ended up in A&E and was in a roll over RTA a couple of years ago (no bones broken). On these occasions the treatment I’ve had from the NHS has been nothing short of brilliant. Something I mention to my American friends.

It is very difficult trying to explain to a person on the phone when they are trying to write down what you are telling them, so the person misses most of what you are say.
