The exercises were started as very simple ones, so that the pain didn't set in and aggravate everything.

MRI - it was a long wait! Would have been far better to have had the MRI sooner so that the physiotherapist and myself knew what type of injuries we were dealing with.

I saw Dr [name removed], from the moment we met in reception she immediately made me feel at ease. She was kind, listened, & informed me at every step of the assessment. I never felt rushed at any point. Most of all she was very compassionate & sympathetic she truly is amazing.
