The previous visit although very painful solved the problem.
This was just a check up
Everything was ok it’s just I was very very nervous and panicy I thought my treatment was on a one to one basis as I get very nervous around others it takes me a long time to adjust
Pleasant and sympathetic nurse practitioner who examined my wrist and explained what treatment she thought was needed
I was seen on time, the staff were all friendly yet professional.
Great chap. Very helpful
Thorough, listened to and given good information/advice
My confidence in being able to bear weight on my left leg had been badly shaken because of the pain levels I was experiencing. I feared that I was going to use a walking stick if i was going to walk again.
I found the exercises demonstrated to me at the physiotherapy department at West Berkshire community hospital were extremely helpful.
I went away and applied them, as well as walking for 30 minutes each day. When I returned to hospital one month later I was greatly encouraged by the progress I had made. I also found that the pain level had been greatly reduced without me having to take pain killers every day. I intend to keep up the exercises and my cycling and keep making progress.
the service was excellent
