Apart from parking at the RBH, which is appalling, the service I experienced at the RBH and West Berks hospital, was first class. Nice staff, all friendly and professional.

I was given time and listened to and had very professional treatment.
Only downside was that I could hear the people in the next cubicle which was distracting as I am hard of hearing.
