I have had 6 sessions and every time I have left on a high. My physiotherapist was all the things I ticked above; she listened, she was understanding and I wasn’t rushed. I was told MSK were on a different level - well done.

Absolutely fine as you are, although my experience was based on the physiotherapist I saw.

Empathy lacking as with much of the NHS, understaffed, over worked etc. understood but empathy should be huge part of the job.

Learn empathy for patients and those who visited them who have worries, concerns etc.
