The consultant was empathetic and very positive about solutions and future treatment options. He had time to listen and to explain answers to questions. I was treated with courtesy and respect and it was a boost to see this medical professional.

Possibly some more information in advance of the appointment as to what to expect. Including where to report to on arrival.
