Because I really liked it. The lady in reception was nice, the waiting room was good, the psychiatrist asked really good questions and listened attentively. The information he gave me was exactly what I needed and it was clear. He didn't try to push me one way or the other, didn't judge my choices and made every effort to support them.

I didn't need it at the time but an online system to manage your appointments could be very useful
