Excellent service from every member of staff we came into contact with. First receptionist at door called a porter to help my husband in who had injured his back. Porter was excellent, receptionists at minor injuries was very helpful. We hadn't realized we needed an appointment, but we were told not to worry and she soon sorted us an appointment out. Excellent care once we got in to see the doctor. We were listened too, [name removed] was given a choice of different forms and different medications. Both being explained very well. The environment was clean and welcoming. On our leaving paying the car park was also very clearly explained and very easy to do.

I can't give any suggestions on how you could have done the job any better.
