I feel I was listened to. The question is a difficult one because of the different staff who cared for me. Some I would grade higher than others, not that those I would grade lower were bad.

Again, this is dependent on which staff were working on a particular day. At times I had to wait a while for someone to take me to the toilet but I understand staff are busy. I didn’t like the food but managed to find something I could manage. I found that some meals, breakfast at times, were served at different times. Sometimes the men were served earlier than the women, women earlier than the men and then for a while the men were served their breakfast first for several days. This was difficult when I felt hungry. It felt as though the men had preference.
