Very grateful for the great service, care and support and advice that I received. [name removed] was very professional and his understanding was second to none as he knew what my concerns were and what I wanted to gain out of this experience moving forward. I was told to come back in a months time but wasn’t very specific with the date and had no reminders slip to say precisely when I was due to come back for physio therapy. Little confusion as to how I know when I’m going back as haven’t had or received any texts or emails confirming dates.
