The whole process for me, has been difficult and like a fight for answers. When I got to this appointment I was nervous because of my previous experiences, but this was quickly put to ease by the lovely [name removed] (I think that was his name). I really appreciated his understanding and the open conversation. My mum was with me and he was happy to remind her we were there for me when she started to ramble a bit. I’m so grateful.

Suggested improvements
I don’t understand the waiting time considering the appointment is booked for a certain time, but I’m sure that’s generally the case. Nothing really to criticise otherwise.
