Bith Lizzie and Michelle we very lovely, I felt very welcomed and taken care of, they explained everything in detail and we very friendly, this helped me to feel relaxed despite what is a very trying time for me at the moment. They were very patient and understanding and made my visit pleasant.

There is nothing better that could be done, I was extremely impressed by the level of care and support I was given.
