I’ve had a stroke, could only walk with difficulty and the ground floor lift was out of order; disgusted with it. Went there to my blood tested, told the healthcare person I didn’t receive the blood form in the post. Response received she couldn’t phone to request it but I was later told that she could have easily done this and she refused to take my blood. Told my wife she had to make the calls but my wife rang lots of people to no avail. We had to go home and got back later on the same day as my wife was finally able to get the form sent over and the appointment rearranged. When we went back, saw the same healthcare person and she glossed over it, saying it was just a misunderstanding. My time and energy were wasted and I am disgusted at how it was handled, just farcical. I’m disgusted with it.
