The reception staff was lovely and went above and beyond. It’s taken me couple days to put a review online However the procedure went well. However I did find the phlebotomist wasn’t fond of his work place or didn’t want to be there as he keep saying he’s never allowed to move from room 2 and everyone else can move about - made me tad uncomfortable as I didn’t not know what to say and kept chewing gum which was distracting

Better manners within the room would help
